Refunds
Product must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Original shipping costs are non refundable. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
Cell phone accessories may be returned for exchange within 30 days of delivery. If the exchange is for an item of greater value, an extra charge may apply to the credit card with the explicit permission from the customer. Merchandise generally will not be exchanged after 30 days.
ReStocking Fee
A Return Fee may apply from 15% for opened or refused packages to 50% completely missing items of the original price and will be applied by subtracting the return fee from the refund. The return fee is determined by TheOnlyPhoneNetwork and is not negotiable.
Software Returns
Software purchases are not returnable or exchangeable.
